At Pulse Planning and Events, our Day of Coordination services are designed to ensure your wedding day unfolds seamlessly, allowing you to be fully present and enjoy every moment. Our experienced coordinators take charge of the final details, managing your timeline, vendors, and on-the-day logistics to bring your vision to life. From setup to tear-down, we handle everything with precision and care, so you and your loved ones can relax and celebrate stress-free. DAY OF COORDINATOR
Feel like you can plan every detail on your own but need someone to execute it day of so you can enjoy your day? Perfect! We will be be alongside you during your planning journey to answer any questions you may have and be there day of to takeover and manage the wedding day so you can enjoy all the hard work you put into planning.
WEDDING EVE AND ON THE WEDDING DAY
- We’ll direct your ceremony rehearsal with wedding party and family
- up to 10 hours of coordination with 1 Lead Planner
- Oversee and direct vendors during the ceremony + reception
- Coordinate the reception to ensure all plans are properly executed
- Behind the scenes assistance for you, your family, and other vendors- Assist the wedding party and family with any needs, questions, or concerns
DAY OF COORDINATOR + DECOR DESIGN
Everything from the Day of Package but we help with decor setup and Clean up.
WEDDING EVE AND ON THE WEDDING DAY
- We’ll direct your ceremony rehearsal with wedding party and family
-Up to 10 hours of coordination with 1 Lead Planner and 1 Assistant Coordinator (additional coordinators may be added based on specific needs/requirements of your wedding)
- Decor setup and teardown on the day of the wedding (this includes signage, table numbers, place cards, favors, candles, menu cards, welcome table decor, guest book, etc. This does not include tables, chairs, florals, furniture, dish ware, flatware, glassware, linens, napkin folds, etc. We do ensure the proper vendor associated with the item is hired for setup/teardown and oversee that it’s done to your expectations)
- Oversee and direct vendors during the ceremony + reception, from setup through teardown
- Coordinate the reception to ensure all plans are properly executed
- Behind the scenes assistance for you, your family, and other vendors
- Assist the wedding party and family with any needs, questions, or concerns
- Ensure end of event arrangements are made for decor, gifts, guest book, toasting flutes, etc.
